Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
At Eco Ayurveda , we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or used products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of medicines once sold or delivered.
Terms and Conditions
- Once an order is shipped, you will receive an auto generated mail with tracking information on your registered email ID.
- Order can not be cancelled once it is shipped.
- From the point the order is shipped, we strive to deliver the order within 3 working days, depending on the geography, however, it may take longer depending upon the interior locations, natural calamities or any unavoidable local circumstances.
- Complaints for Replacement of Breakage or Damaged Products will be acceptable only within 48 hours of delivery.

Return and Refund policy
Return can only be accepted under following circumstances-
- Products delivered do not match with your order.
- Products delivered were damaged in transit/tampered. If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, please inform us within 24hours of the delivery the same may be returned for a refund.
- Any wrong product ordered, doesn’t qualify for Return.
- Return requests arising due to change in prescription do not qualify for Return.
- Products being returned should include the invoice and the packaging
- Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return, only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.
For Refunds please note the following –
- In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, Refund will be made through bank transfer only.
- For orders placed via store credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions your refund will be in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at a later point of time on https://ecoayurveda.in.
For International Customers –
Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country.
There will be no Refund of shipping costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned, all other costs are refunded happily except shipping and handling levies.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
